WAX-I makes the film intact, soft, smooth and antistatic. Therefore, the weaving efficiency and cloth quality are greatly improved.

Colour and Appearance: white or pale-yellow chips Solid content: 98°/o

PH: (1°/o water-solubility)   6-7

Water solubility: soluble in hot water above 70C

Melting point: 47°C -55°C

Method of Usage:

Cook the main size well, then put the WAX-I into the mixing kettle, normally 3°/o – 5°/o of the main size’s dry weight. For after-waxing use, directly put WAX-I into waxing box with heating device. The waxing temperature must below 85°C, the waxing quantity is 3%o.

Packaging and Storage:

Packing with 20kg plastic-paper bag, have 1kg*20 bags in inner. Please store in shade and dry area.
